Regular Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free within Australia.
Express shipping within Australia is at a flat rate of $10 per order.
Standard shipping to New Zealand is at a flat rate of $10 AUD.
For all other countries, shipping cost is according to real time Australia Post quotes at checkout by entering your shipping address.

Processing and delivery of orders
Orders are processed Monday to Friday. A processing time of 1 – 5 business days applies to all orders made within Australia. International orders can take longer to process.

All orders within Australia are sent with Australia Post. Standard shipping delivery usually takes 1-4 days after processing but can take longer. Express shipping deliver usually arrives the next business day for addresses in the Australia Post Express Post Network, but can take longer.
All orders sent to New Zealand are sent with Australia Post's track and pack international service and shipping usually takes 3-10 days after processing but can take longer.
All orders sent to the rest of the world are sent with either Australia Post's track and pack international service where available, otherwise with international registered post. Shipping usually takes 3-10 days after processing but can take longer.
For international shipping, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the goods purchased are able to be sent in the postal service in the customer's country. The customer is responsibile for any import duties and taxes charged by the customer's country and Alpha and Anchor will not reimburse any taxes or duties in any circumstances, including in the event of exchange or return of goods.
Returns and exchanges
We offer a full refund or exchange on items which are unworn and in a brand new condition when you notify us within 7 days of receipt of the item by you.
We do not offer returns or exchanges on earrings due to hygiene reasons (except as required by law).
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please log into your account on our website and put in a return request. If you do not have an account, please submit a return request by emailing us at email@example.com prior to sending the item back. Then, return the item by sending the item back to us with the original invoice, and with all tags attached within 7 days of receipt of the item by you.
All returns and exchanges will be at the buyer's expense (including all postage costs for the items being sent back to us, and the exchanged item being sent back to you) and the item, invoice and original tags will be sent back to us with registered post. The shipping cost on the original order will not be refunded.
